Not everything is like in the movies.
But some reports reagarding sailing in the Carribean sea are coming soon.

Had to set sails from British Virgin Islands to Grenada before Tropical depression would become a storm or hurricane. It felt like being stuck in a trap without nowhere to run away. Beating up the wind for 3 days is not fun. It is too hot inside during the day as all hatches are closed and too splashy in the cockpit. Feet leave salty marks everywhere. Catching fishing net at Saba bank just before dawn. Jumping into the water while heaving to but squall was on the way. Breaking autopilot's arm again and reinventing "Green rope self steering solutions". Catching Mahi-mahi 5 minutes after dropping the lure first time. Stopping at Bequia to have a rest because of slow pace and no wind. All good now, clean and welded. Grenada tomorrow. #sailing #sailinglife #sailingmemories #sailingcouple #sailingALKA #instasailing #instasail #travelmore #caribbean #caribbeansea
