I decided to take off the compass and have a look why night light is not working...
It appeared that everything was so rusty that I even had to replace Autolock terminal and cut some wires up to 2cm because of green rust.
So I turned on all navigation lights and instruments and checked 12V coming with multimeter. At first the lights did not work but it appears it was not connected properly from the beginning so I switched it and it worked well. I put and screwed everything back into places and when to the panel to switch everything off. It appears these wires are not connected to the panel! And it was shining whatever I would do. The only way was to disconnect it.

Todo list extension:
* Replace compass lights or make it dim as it is too bright during the night.
* Find lights wire behind the panel and attach it to the switch.
