It started to leak raw water after giving some revs and Beta Marine suggested to replace the whole water pump mount as "replacing just the seals may not work as the shaft may be worn.". Well, they sent a wrong pump without an elbow input but after extra work opening up both pumps and replacing new seals and shafts to the old mount did help.
